Placing a Call / Connection Quality
How do I place a call?
To place a call you dial the Free Access Number, enter your PIN number, then you'll be prompted to enter the phone number you want to call. For more details see instructions for your calling card(s).
Note: You don’t have to dial PIN number using refillable calling cards, when calling from registered phone!
Read instructions that you got with a PIN(s) for a calling card(s) you purchased to find an Access Number(s). If a card you purchased has the Local Access Number(s), see card's details to find a Local Access Number in specific area.
Can I call from a cell phone?
Yes. You can call from a cell phone and from any touch-tone phone.
Calling to a cell phone.
Check the cell phone rates if you are going to call to cell phone destination. For most countries a cell phone rate is higher than a land line rate. To find cell phone rates select a "Country-Cellular". If you cannot find cell phone rate call Customer Service for assistance.
Calling from a payphone.
If you place a call from a payphone surcharges will apply. See card's details for exact amount for specific card.
Calling from Alaska/Hawaii/Dominican Republic/US Virgin Islands/Canada
Please select an appropriate option from a scroll bar "From-Country", and see details for a phone card to find an Access Number you need.
Can I use a card for a multiple calls?
Yes, these cards could be used for multiple calls.
Can I use one and the same card for calls to two different countries and within USA?
Surely, you can! Cards are universal, they could be used for call to any and all of available countries.
Do I need a 'touch tone' phone?
Yes. Most new telephones are touch phones. If you pick up the handset and press any number then you will here a sound, usually a tone or a clicking noise. If it is a tone then there is a good chance you are using a 'touch tone' phone.
Use speed dialing to save your time and simplify the dialing process:
- A. Program the access number into your speed dial key #1.
- B. Program your PIN# into your speed dial key #2.
- C. Program the number you wish to call into your speed dial key #3.
- D. Dial speed key #1, wait for a prompt to enter PIN, dial speed key #2, wait for prompt to enter destination number, then dial speed key #3.
Don’t forget to update this information buying new or other calling cards.
